Johan Lind
Interim GM & Commercial Leader
Building commercial structure and momentum in complex environments
I help Nordic and European organizations establish commercial clarity and deliver results when facing transformation, growth challenges, or leadership transitions. Typically 4–9 month mandates at GM, Commercial Director, or CCO level.
Background
I've built and led commercial organizations for 20+ years – both at established companies like Perrigo and Johnson & Johnson, where I owned P&L exceeding €100M, and as founder & CEO of two companies in sustainable energy.
What I bring is the ability to quickly create structure and clarity in unclear or changing situations. I'm comfortable at the intersection of business, IT, and operations, focusing on what actually drives pipeline, conversion, and profitability.
I combine corporate discipline with founder-level pace – and thrive where strategy meets hands-on execution.
Educational background: MSc Business & Economics, Stockholm School of Economics.
Selected Results
- Scaled startup from concept → 35 MSEK in two years with national operations and 4.5/5.0 customer rating
- Led €100M+ P&L businesses in Sweden and Finland; achieved #1 pharmacy supplier ranking in Swedish market
- Turned around Finnish division: employee engagement 42 → 94, growth from stagnation to sustained 20%+
- Built and led complex partner ecosystems across regulated markets, aligning commercial growth with compliance and trust
